TURKISH LEASING ASSOCIATION

FİDER – Turkish Leasing Association, founded in 1994, is the only organization representing financial leasing sector in Turkey. 29 leasing companies out of 33 and 2 participation banks out of 4 that are operating in Turkey are Fider members. Fider members’ assets make 99% of sector’s assets. The only field of activity of Fider member companies (except participation banks) is financial leasing. 

 

Fider represents the leasing sector before regulatory and supervisory authorities, determines necessary regulatory requests to improve the sector and submits them to relevant authorities. 

 

Fider makes strategic planning on sectoral scale and ensures the delivery of actions within strategic plan through work groups established with the participation of members. 

 

Fider creates a platform to improve communication as well as information and experience exchange between its members. 

 

Fider sets ethical values and acts to improve awareness for complying with ethical values during operations. 

 

Fider accomplishes all above activities with the participation of all members.
