INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS AND PARTICIPANTS
By filling in the registration form and accepting the registration conditions, the registrant (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference Participant") voluntarily and in his interest agrees with the his/her personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") by IC GLOBAL Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
This consent is provided for the Personal Data processing purposes and all data is being used for organising events (including conferences, seminars and other informational and educational events) in which the Conference Participant takes part.
This consent applies to the Personal Data of the Conference Participant, which is indicated in the registration form, and, in particular, to the following data: last name, first name, patronymic, place of work (name and address of the company), position held, contact phones (work, mobile, fax etc.), e-mail address, video materials and photographs.
This consent is granted for any actions (operations) in relation to Personal Data that is necessary or desirable for achieving the above goals, including, without limitation: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use , transfer (distribution, provision, access), including cross-border transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction of Personal Data. The Conference Participant hereby expresses his/her consent to his/her Personal Data transfer by the Company to the third parties, i.e. partners of events in which the Conference Participant takes part. This also includes an option of being contacted (via email or phone) by the Conference Partner for the purpose of informing the Conference Participant about their activities. The Participant agrees that the Company may entrust the processing of Personal Data to third parties.
When processing Personal Data, the Company undertakes to act in accordance with the Company's Regulation on the Personal Data Protection, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data and, in particular, taking into account the provisions of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
As IC GLOBAL Limited registered in UK, all Personal Data is also regulated in accordance with EU GDPR and ‘the UK GDPR’. The EU GDPR will no longer apply directly in the UK at the end of the transition period (31 December 2020). However, UK organisations must still comply with its requirements after this point. This new regime is known as ‘the UK GDPR’.
The Conference Participant has the right to gain access to his Personal Data and get acquainted with it, demand that the Company clarify, exclude or correct incomplete, incorrect, outdated, unreliable, illegally obtained or not necessary for the Company Personal Data. The Conference participant can withdraw this consent by sending an email to email@example.com, or by sending a letter to the address of the Company's location. This consent is provided until its withdrawal by the Conference Participant.
